Track your funnel performance with real-time counters: - Total Leads: Cumulative number of contacts captured. - New: Recently captured leads awaiting follow-up. - Converted: Successfully closed or qualified business opportunities.

📋 Lead Details & Actions

For every captured lead, you can view and manage: - Contact Info: Full Name, Email (clickable for direct mailing), and Phone Number. - Business Context: Company name and associated website. - Status Tracking: Update the lead stage (New, Contacted, Qualified, Converted, Lost) using the dropdown menu. - Source Attribution: See exactly where the lead came from (Website Widget, WhatsApp, API, etc.).

🔍 Advanced Features

  • Lead Profile: Click a lead to see a comprehensive detail view, including:
    • Conversation Summary: An AI-generated summary of their chat session.
    • Custom Data: Any specialized fields captured (e.g., budget, timeline, industry).
    • Geographic Data: IP-based location and timezone information.
  • Smart Filtering: Filter by status or source to focus on high-priority follow-ups.
  • Data Portability: Export your leads to CSV for seamless integration with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRMs.
